BOCA RATON, Florida, September 1, 2024—Duane Morris Partner Kevin E. Vance has been named a Legal Elite Notable Labor and Employment Lawyer for 2024 by Florida Trend magazine. The Florida Trend Legal Elite Notable Awards honor attorneys across different practice areas, disciplines and groups. Vance will be featured in the September issue of Florida Trend.
Vance is managing partner of the firm’s Boca Raton office. He represents businesses in litigation matters, including those involving employees. Vance also advises businesses on compliance with federal, state and local laws involving the employment relationship. In addition to litigation in state and federal courts, Vance also represents businesses before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, the U.S. Department of Labor and various state and local agencies.
