ATLANTA, OCTOBER 26 - Duane Morris, LLP, one of the nation's 100 largest law firms, has welcomed a new partner to its Trial practice. Sean R. Smith, formerly an Atlanta partner with Dow, Lohnes & Albertson PLLC, has joined the Duane Morris Atlanta office.

"We are delighted to welcome Sean to the firm," said Charles W. Whitney, managing partner of Duane Morris' Atlanta office. "His considerable experience adds to our already strong commercial litigation group, bringing significant value to our firms' clients.
