Lease Sets Stage for New York Expansion

NEW YORK, May 30, 2006 - Duane Morris LLP is pleased to announce that it is moving its New York office to expanded space on three contiguous floors at 1540 Broadway in Times Square. The firm has entered into a 10-year lease for approximately 82,000 square feet, plus an option for additional space, to accommodate its expansion in the New York market.

Said Duane Morris Chairman Sheldon Bonovitz, "Duane Morris' move to this signature building in Times Square evidences our strong commitment to the New York marketplace."

Bonovitz noted that four partners have joined Duane Morris' New York office in a variety of practice areas thus far in 2006. "Expanding in New York is a critical part of our overall growth as a firm," he said. Bonovitz has already begun to divide his time between the New York and Philadelphia offices, and he and his wife, Jill, maintain a residence in New York as well as in Philadelphia.

The 44-story building is owned by the Paramount Group, Inc., and is home to global companies, including Sony BMG Music Entertainment, Viacom International Inc. and the North American headquarters of Bertelsmann AG.
