MIAMI, July 18, 2023—Duane Morris LLP has appointed Scott D. Kravetz managing partner of its Miami office. Kravetz succeeds Harvey Gurland, who served in the role of co-managing partner since 2011 and has been the sole managing partner since 2013. He will be maintaining his practice with the firm in commercial litigation.

Scott D. Kravetz focuses his practice in the area of civil litigation, with particular emphasis on real estate and construction litigation, including cost overrun, delay, design-defect and surety/bond litigation. He has represented numerous owners and developers in projects at all levels of complexity, from simple contract disputes to construction disputes with claims in excess of $50 million.

Kravetz is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law (J.D., 1989) and the University of Florida (B.A., 1986).
