Amee R. McKim directs all aspects of our national and international recruiting efforts, lawyer training and development, as well as supports the firm's diversity and inclusion work. Prior to joining Duane Morris, Ms. McKim was the Director of Lawyer Recruiting and Development for Hunton & Williams LLP in Richmond, Virginia. Previously, she was Assistant Dean of Professional Development at The Ohio State University College of Law in Columbus, Ohio, and was also an associate attorney at Baker & Daniels in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Ms. McKim is a trained coach, speaker on legal career topics and a published author. Her book, A Guide to Maximizing Lawyer Potential: Professionalism and Business Etiquette for Law Students and Lawyers, has been published by Thomson West, in addition to many other articles on the topic of legal recruiting. Ms. McKim is very involved in the National Association for Law Placement (NALP) and has served in a number of leadership roles, including vice president. She received her J.D. with honors from The Ohio State University and her undergraduate degree with honors from Otterbein College.
