Chanel N. Bell

 Chanel N. Bell directs and manages employee relations, staffing, training and employee benefits functions for the firm. Ms. Bell joined the firm in September 2020 and assumed the role of director as of January 2022. Prior to joining Duane Morris, Ms.  Bell served as Director of Human Resources at Pepper Hamilton LLP. She also served in HR Management roles with other large law firms. Ms. Bell is a member of the national and local chapters of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through the Human Resources Certification Institute. Ms. Bell holds an M.B.A. with a concentration in Human Resources Management from DePaul University and a B.S. from the University of Illinois-Urbana/Champaign, where she majored in Business Management and Marketing.
