David M. Zucker is a Conflicts and Business Intake Compliance Counsel in the Office of the General Counsel in Boston. Mr. Zucker’s work focuses on legal ethics compliance, identifying and resolving conflicts of interest, and ensuring adherence to the rules of professional conduct. He routinely works with the firm’s partners to resolve conflicts and other client relation issues.
Prior to joining Duane Morris, Mr. Zucker was a litigator at Goulston & Storrs, where he represented clients in matters related to professional liability, real estate, employment and general business disputes. He has also worked for numerous political candidates, including those seeking to serve as President or U.S. Senator.
Mr. Zucker is a 2012 graduate, cum laude, of Harvard Law School, where he was Editor in Chief of the Journal of Sports and Entertainment Law and Producer of the Drama Society’s Parody show. He is also a 2007 graduate, cum laude, of Washington University in St. Louis (B.A., Political Science; Phi Beta Kappa and Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Societies). Mr. Zucker is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
