Jacqueline Sabol Roe

Jackie handles professional responsibility and ethics-related questions for Duane Morris’s Office of General Counsel. She assists the firm’s lawyers and leadership resolve conflicts of interest and helps to ensure firm-wide adherence to internal policies and procedures. She also negotiates outside counsel guidelines and bespoke engagement terms.

Jackie Roe is a graduate of George Washington University and Villanova School of Law. Prior to joining Duane Morris, she was a healthcare litigator, and she served as an assistant general counsel for a Philadelphia-based tertiary healthcare system, with overside of the system’s litigation.
