Lane Tita

Lane Tita manages the Duane Morris Pro Bono Program, through which the firm provides nearly 40,000 pro bono hours annually in over 1,000 matters. 

Since joining Duane Morris in 2025, Lane diligently tends stakeholder relationships and identifies points of collaboration where Duane Morris attorneys can contribute their world-class expertise to closing the justice gap. Through an orchestrated and programmatic approach, Lane is a liaison for the firm with over 200 legal aid organizations. He facilitates direct service to individuals and manages pro bono partnerships with Duane Morris corporate clients.  

Prior to joining Duane Morris, Lane was a global program manager for SAP and has a wide range of experience working across geographies and cultures to achieve business outcomes in a matrixed environment, with a people-first approach. Prior to that, Lane worked as a human resources manager for Philadelphia-area organizations.  

Lane is a 2018 graduate of the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law where he gained experience working for the US Department of Labor’s Solicitor’s Office, as well as Villanova’s Low-Income Taxpayer and Farmworker Legal Aid clinics. Lane is also a graduate of the Temple University Fox School of Business and Management (B.B.A., Human Resource Management). 

Lane is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Public Interest section. Lane is a member of the New Mexico State Bar (inactive status).
