Nicholas Baziuk

Nicholas Baziuk, CPA, MBA has nearly 10  years of experience in the areas of federal, state and local income taxation with a particular emphasis on tax compliance, planning and minimization strategies for high net worth individuals, closely held businesses and trusts, including multi-state corporations and partnerships. He has significant audit and accounting experience, including analysis of financial transactions and operating results, preparation and analysis of financial statements and related disclosures, enhancement of quality control procedures in compilations, reviews and audits of financial statements as well as ERISA audit procedures.

He is a Certified Public Accountant, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). He graduated from Alvernia University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
