The only locations that will not resume hearings on this date are Augusta, Maine; Boca Raton, Florida; Buffalo, New York; Detroit; Philadelphia; Providence, Rhode Island; and Wilmington, Delaware. FINRA has postponed all in-person proceedings in these seven locations through July 30, 2021.

FINRA plans to implement safety protocols during in-person hearings, including social distancing, cleaning and sanitizing stations, masking requirements and required health questionnaires for participants.
