Alison T. Rosenblum practices in the area of health law. She advises a variety of healthcare providers including hospitals, physician groups, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals on state and federal regulatory compliance matters, HIPAA privacy issues, fraud and abuse, reimbursement issues, licensure matters, and transactions. In addition, she regularly assists owners and operators of long-term care communities on regulatory and licensing matters in connection with multi-state acquisitions and day-to-day operations. Ms. Rosenblum also works with medical cannabis companies on state permit-related matters.
Ms. Rosenblum is a 2014 cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School, where she was co-chair of One Day's Work, a student-funded public interest fellowship, and a line editor for the Harvard Journal of Law & Technology. She received her B.A. from Yale University. Prior to law school, Ms. Rosenblum served for three years as a Paralegal Specialist in the Department of Justice’s Office of Vaccine Litigation and spent a year teaching English in southern France.
