Angela J. Benoit is an associate in the Trial Practice Group, focusing on white-collar criminal defense, healthcare, and complex commercial litigation. She works closely with clients facing internal or government investigations in developing strategies to mitigate exposure while minimizing expense.
Ms. Benoit has represented individuals, health care facilities, laboratories, physicians, and other providers in matters involving allegations of fraud and abuse, False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Law violations. Her experience also includes criminal defense, electronically stored data and other health care enforcement actions.
Ms. Benoit is a 2018 graduate of Northeastern University School of Law, where she was managing editor of the Northeastern University Law Review, and a graduate of Worcester State University.
