Ariel Seidner practices in the area of intellectual property law. Prior to joining Duane Morris, Ms. Seidner was legal counsel to a B2B marketing technology company, where she worked on complex commercial agreements involving Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) agreements, end-user license agreements, data processing agreements, business associate agreements, services agreements, collaboration agreements and nondisclosure agreements for customers ranging from midmarket to Fortune 500 companies.
Ms. Seidner is a 2019 graduate of Fordham University School of Law, where she was associate editor of the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law, and a magna cum laude graduate of Cornell University.
Ms. Seidner’s technology practice also involves fintech and blockchain-based digital assets, including cryptocurrency and non-fungible tokens, as well as artificial intelligence. She spent her second year of law school as an intern at the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission and her third year as an intern at the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association. Ms. Seidner’s experience prior to joining Duane Morris includes working at a boutique law firm specializing in blockchain technology matters, including the application of federal and state financial services laws and regulations to the issuance, sale, custody, and exchange of crypto-assets.
