Rebecca Green practices in the area of corporate law and has experience on a wide range of banking and finance transactions, in particular debt capital markets, structured finance, securitisation, ESG finance and asset finance. Rebecca has experience in UK, US and international capital markets transactions, advising both financial institutions and corporate clients.
Rebecca has a BCom in accounting and an LL.B. from the University of Canterbury in New Zealand and an LL.M. from the University of Edinburgh in global environmental and climate change law.
The Debt Capital Markets team in London, in which Rebecca is an associate, was in 2022 ranked as a Firm to Watch in the Legal 500 UK.
