Romteen Bahramirad is an associate in the firm’s Trial Practice Group with a primary focus on construction litigation. He represents owners, developers, general contractors, and manufacturers of construction products in multi-jurisdictional disputes involving delay and disruption claims, payment disputes, and complex construction matters arising from large-scale projects.
Romteen takes an active role at all stages of litigation — conducting and defending depositions, drafting dispositive and discovery motions, and trial experience, including a first-chair appearance. His experience handling commercial litigation and product liability matters, including complex tort and contract claims, informs his construction practice and gives him a practical foundation for technically demanding, expert-driven, multi-party disputes.
Romteen is admitted to practice in Illinois and Indiana and is a member of the Chicago Bar Association’s Construction Law and Mechanics’ Lien Subcommittee. He earned his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law, where he was a Dean’s List honoree, a CALI Award recipient for Trial Advocacy, and a member of the Moot Court Honor Society Executive Board. He received his B.A. in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
