Sajid Saleem

Sajid Saleem practices in the area of intellectual property law with an emphasis on patent litigation and technology-related transactional matters. Mr. Saleem has experience in representing clients in a variety of intellectual property disputes, including patent, trade secret, and false advertising litigation. He has represented clients in the telecommunications, networking, computer hardware, semiconductor, manufacturing, materials, and medical device industries in patent litigation proceedings in U.S. District Court, the International Trade Commission and inter partes review proceedings before the Patent Office. Mr. Saleem has also advised a number of clients, including Fortune 500 companies and private equity firms, on technology-related transactional matters.

Mr. Saleem is a 2013 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law, where he was an articles editor of the Georgia Law Review and elected to the Order of the Coif. During law school, he also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Linda T. Walker of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Mr. Saleem graduated with high honors from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he majored in Computer Engineering and minored in Economics. Prior to law school, Mr. Saleem worked as a consultant for a supply chain solutions provider.
