Zachary Gross is an associate in the Pittsburgh office and a member of the firm’s Commercial and Antitrust Litigation groups. Mr. Gross represents clients across a broad range of industries in all phases of litigation and applies his professional experience to achieve strategic and effective outcomes for his clients. Mr. Gross approaches each case with a client-focused mindset, emphasizing thorough investigative work, strategic analysis and creative problem solving to deliver effective and efficient solutions.
Mr. Gross is a United State Army veteran. He began his career by serving in the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s Corp., where he gained substantial trial experience as both a federal prosecutor and a criminal defense attorney. Mr. Gross continues to represent and advocate on behalf of veterans through his pro bono work with the firm.
After completing his military service, Mr. Gross served as a federal judicial law clerk for the Honorable Rodney Smith in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Mr. Gross is a 2015 magna cum laude graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law, where he was inducted in to the Woolsack Honors Society and served as a Senior Editor on the Penn State Law Review. Mr. Gross graduated with honors from Grove City College.
