Duane Morris & Selvam will hold a three-part series of webinars, "VIMA vs. the World," comparing venture capital practice in Singapore and the United States. The long-awaited final session will be held on Tuesday, February 15, 2022. Join us as we discuss the shareholders’ agreement within the suite of Venture Capital Investment Model Agreements developed by, amongst others, the Singapore Academy of Law and the Singapore Venture Capital and Private Equity Association.

Having previously covered convertible notes (and their alternative instruments) and subscription agreements, we will now be studying the model shareholders’ agreement and comparing it to the equivalent versions prepared by the British Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (UK) and the National Venture Capital Association (U.S.).
