Arfat Selvam is a managing director of Duane Morris & Selvam LLP and Selvam LLC. Mrs. Selvam practices in the area of corporate law. She has over 50 years' experience in corporate finance, having been at the forefront of the development of the financial services and capital markets in Singapore. Her wide array of experience includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures, takeovers, funds raising in the capital markets, privatisations, financial services, cross border investments, financial services and international joint ventures.
Krishna Ramachandra is a managing director of Duane Morris & Selvam LLP and the chairman and a managing director of Selvam LLC. He is also a director of Duane Morris & Selvam (Myanmar) Limited. He is head of the Corporate and TMT Practice Groups and serves as a team lead for the Fintech Industry Group. Recognized globally as a top-in-class international commercial lawyer with wide ranging deal experience in the U.S., Europe and Asia, Mr. Ramachandra has substantial experience in sports media rights matters, having represented clients in relation to numerous Olympic Games and FIFA World Cups. Most recently, he was appointed senior strategic adviser to Dentsu Sports Asia Pte Ltd.
Jamie Benson is a director of Duane Morris & Selvam LLP and is the head of the firm’s U.S. Capital Markets and India Practice Groups. He has over 20 years' experience in capital markets and M&A transactions. He has advised on more than 100 equity and debt offerings throughout the world with total proceeds of approximately US$21 billion. Consistently ranked by Chambers Asia-Pacific, The Legal 500 Asia-Pacific and the IFLR1000 for Capital Markets, Mr. Benson is one of the leading international legal counsel advising on securities offerings by Indian issuers, having represented almost every major international and Indian investment bank and worked on more than 60 offerings by Indian issuers in the last 15 years.
