PHILADELPHIA, December 21, 2022—The Duane Morris Tax Accounting Group (TAG) has added James Beebe as a manager and Keyon Lau, CPA, as a senior staff accountant. Beebe joins TAG after more than 20 years of experience with a large local CPA firm as a senior tax manager. Lau joins TAG with more than 10 years’ experience with large local CPA firms, where he was a managing senior accountant.

Beebe and Lau, with complementary experience in business consulting, accounting and diversified tax matters, will be primarily responsible for tax planning, consulting and compliance activities, including tax minimization strategies, for a diverse U.S. and international client base including high-net-worth individuals, business and family offices along with tax representation at federal, state and local levels. They will also devote time and energies to accounting, reporting and planning activities for closely held businesses.
Beebe is a CPA candidate and graduated from Wilmington University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and finance. Lau graduated magna cum laude from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and is fluent in Chinese.
