PHILADELPHIA, September 10, 2026—The Duane Morris Tax Accounting Group (TAG) has added tax lawyer Kruti Naik as a senior manager.
Naik has nearly 15 years of deep and broad experience in tax compliance and planning. She will be primarily responsible for tax advisory, compliance, planning and minimization strategies for investment partnerships, closely held businesses, business owners, high-net-worth individuals and families, including multigenerational families. She will advise clients on a wide range of complex tax matters, business transactions and long-term planning opportunities, helping clients navigate an evolving tax landscape while developing practical, tax-efficient strategies aligned with their business and personal financial objectives.

Naik earned her undergraduate degree in economics from New York University, her Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University School of Law, and her Master of Laws in taxation from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
