WASHINGTON, D.C., July 16, 2025―Duane Morris LLP advised K Wave Media Ltd., an entertainment company focused on Korean media content and intellectual property, in securing $1 billion in capital for its bitcoin treasury through two major agreements: a $500 million securities purchase agreement with Anson Funds and a $500 million standby equity purchase agreement with Bitcoin Strategic Reserve. Under the terms of the securities purchase agreement, 80 percent of the net proceeds will be used by K Wave Media Ltd. for bitcoin purchases.
