McCreight practices in all aspects of complex commercial litigation and construction litigation, including contract, real estate, general business and partnership disputes. With more than 22 years of experience, she is a trusted counselor to her clients. McCreight’s practice includes extensive experience in various arbitration forums nationwide, as well as Texas state and federal courts, on both sides of the docket. In her construction practice, she focuses on representing real estate investment companies and other owners in matters involving commercial construction and design defects, and other contract disputes. McCreight is a member of the firm’s governing Partners Board and has served on the firm’s Professional Standards Committee. She has been listed in Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business for 2021, 2023 and 2024.
