NEW YORK, January 7, 2016-- A Duane Morris team,  led by Nanette Heide, represented Naked Brand Group Inc. (NASDAQ: NAKD), a leading designer and manufacturer of men's and women's innerwear, in the filing of its Form S-1 registration statement, pricing and closing of its underwritten public offering for 1,875,000 shares of common stock with a simultaneous uplist to NASDAQ. The team included Peter Visalli, of Duane Morris' Cherry Hill office, as well as Lily Gao of the New York office. Duane Morris represents Naked as their outside counsel on securities and other business matters including a previous tender offer and endorsement agreement with Dwyane Wade of the Miami Heat.
