Moses will be opening Duane Morris’ new location in Fort Worth, at 777 Main St., which will operate in tandem with its Dallas office. In Fort Worth, Moses will be joined by several associates and special counsel relocating from the firm’s Dallas office, which opened in February 2021.

“We’re thrilled with our strong performance on behalf of our clients, as well as the firm overall, from our Texas offices. There is no doubt that Texas will continue to be of great strategic importance to Duane Morris and that we’ll continue to attract top talent like Mitchell,” said Duane Morris Chairman and CEO Matthew A. “The Corporate Practice Group continues to have strong momentum, with a steady pace of deals and transactions,” said Brian P. Kerwin, chair of the firm’s Corporate Practice Group, which is comprised of approximately 200 attorneys. “Adding Mitchell to our team will enable us to serve Fort Worth- and Texas-based clients who are seeking to grow and diversify.”

“Our success in Dallas has been terrific and our office has surpassed our expectations,” said Randy D. Gordon, managing partner of the Duane Morris Dallas office. “We’re excited to expand our presence to work closely with local clients as a Fort Worth-based entity.”

Gordon also added that several Dallas-based Duane Morris attorneys will now join the Fort Worth office. They include special counsel Leslie Robnett and Trial Practice Group associates Chris Brown and Allison Carroll.

Added Duane Morris partner John Polzer, who represents a wide range of clients in Fort Worth, “We are focused on serving the Fort Worth community. My clients are thrilled that Duane Morris will be able to support them locally and provide a national and international platform that will facilitate growth and new business opportunities.”

“I’m excited to be part of an entrepreneurial organization that will enable me to expand my practice and provide a comprehensive platform for my clients. The vision Duane Morris has for Fort Worth is something that I just had to be a part of,” added Moses. “I’m particularly looking forward to working with my talented colleagues, Randy Gordon and John Polzer, and all of the great Duane Morris lawyers in Texas and around the country.”
