NEW YORK, January 27, 2022―David G. Moss has joined Duane Morris LLP as a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group in its New York office. Prior to joining Duane Morris, Moss was a partner at Meister Seelig & Fein LLP.

Moss has extensive experience in acquisitions and dispositions, mortgage and mezzanine lending, real estate development and restructuring of distressed real estate transactions. He routinely represents developers, lenders, investors, landlords and tenants in a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions including joint ventures, workouts, disputes and litigation related matters. In addition, Moss prides himself on being a deal-making lawyer, focused on helping clients realize business objectives.
