PHILADELPHIA, October 26, 2023―Duane Morris LLP has added two new tax professionals to its Tax Accounting Group (TAG). Anthony Mascuilli, CPA, MST, and Brianna Myers have joined the firm’s Philadelphia office.
Mascuilli joins TAG after more than 30 years of experience, including 20 years of operating his own CPA practice. Brianna Myers joins TAG following her recent graduation from Drexel University, and is currently pursuing her certified public accountant designation.

Mascuilli and Myers will be primarily responsible for tax planning, consulting and compliance activities, including tax minimization strategies, for a diverse U.S. and international client base including high-net-worth individuals, business and family offices along with tax representation at federal, state and local levels. They will also devote time and energies to accounting, reporting and planning activities for closely held businesses, including compliance advisory service in connection with the new Corporate Transparency Act.
Mascuilli is a CPA with a master’s degree in taxation and graduated from LaSalle University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and obtained his MST from Temple University. Myers is a certified public accountant candidate and graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with majors in accounting and finance.
