John R. Gibson practices in the area of intellectual property litigation. Mr. Gibson has experience with technology and patent litigation for clients in the telecommunications, multimedia and aerospace industries.
Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Gibson served as judicial clerk to the Honorable Leonie M. Brinkema of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
Mr. Gibson is a 2006 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law, where he was senior editor of the Alabama Law Review and elected to the Order of the Coif, and a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
