Milan A. Patel practices in the area of commercial real estate, focusing on acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and planning, development and contaminated land issues. He also provides support to the corporate and commercial departments on the real estate aspects of business acquisitions, mergers and disposals, and advises clients on all aspects of real estate finance, including mortgage lending and development funding.
Mr. Patel was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1996.

- Counsel to an international insurance corporation in its landlord and tenant matters including the negotiation of complex lease agreements, terminations and rent reviews as well as in the negotiation of an agreement for the development and lease of a purpose-built headquarters office and call centre.
