Paul E. Chronis tries cases and counsels clients on a wide variety of issues. He has a national practice in the areas of complex commercial and “bet the company” litigation. He has litigated, managed and coordinated the defense of multiple high profile national class action and mass action matters in state and federal courts around the country. He has extensive experience in multi-district litigation proceedings and in coordinating and working with joint defense groups and local counsel. He has represented plaintiffs and defendants in innumerable lawsuits and arbitrations around the country involving injunctions, real estate, business torts, breach of contract, fraud, securities and other complex matters. In connection with his legal work, he obtains a granular understanding of his client’s business and industry. His clients therefore seek his thoughts on various business and related legal issues. He also works with clients on media and other public relations projects. Mr. Chronis is highly client focused, and believes in excellence as a habit.
Representative Matters
Obtained an injunction on behalf of Travelport, LP precluding American Airlines from terminating its contracts with Orbitz.com and reinstating Orbitz's ability to display and ticket American Airlines flights. Decision affirmed on appeal.
