Insurance Coverage and Risk Management
Lawyers in Duane Morris' Insurance Coverage and Risk Management Practice Group have been representing insurance and risk management interests for many years. Our attorneys have been involved in some of the largest and most complex insurance coverage litigation in the country. In addition, we have represented foreign insurers in the defense of multidistrict litigation brought by a number of state attorneys general and private parties, who have alleged global conspiracies regarding the pricing and availability of liability insurance.
