Duane Morris, one of the nation's 100 largest law firms, is pleased to announce that Health Law partner Neville M. Bilimoria was recently named in the 2005 "40 Illinois Attorneys Under Forty to Watch" by the Law Bulletin Publishing Company. Bilimoria was chosen for this coveted award from among a record 1,200 nominees.

Bilimoria represents hospitals, nursing homes, physicians, physician groups, pharmaceutical companies and other healthcare providers in corporate and litigation matters, counseling them on a range of issues including corporate transactions and regulatory compliance matters.

Nominators, including clients and other professionals in the industry, commented that Bilimoria "knows more than any lawyer I know about the day to day functioning of the healthcare industry" and "brings an intensity and enthusiasm to all of his pursuits. He is now one of the finest health lawyers in one of the finest health law firms in the nation."

Bilimoria also serves on various charitable boards and is currently the Chair of the Chicago Bar Association's Health Law Committee. He also serves on the American Bar Association's Committee on Health and Biotechnology, and is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the American Health Lawyers Association and the Illinois Association of Healthcare Attorneys. Bilimoria is a 1994 graduate of Northwestern University School of Law and a graduate of Northwestern University.
