Briny Breezes, Inc. Seeks Buyer for Its Prime Florida Real Estate
BRINY BREEZES, Fla., May 8 - Briny Breezes, Inc. is requesting proposals for the purchase of the entire 42-acre, oceanfront Briny Breezes mobile home community located just south of Palm Beach. The town of Briny Breezes, situated between Atlantic Ocean beaches and the Intracoastal Waterway, stands on some of the country's most valuable real estate and is one of the few remaining parcels of seaside property with significant development potential between Miami and Jacksonville, Florida.
Following a widely reported and unsolicited $500 million purchase offer, Briny Breezes, Inc. has decided to seek competitive bids. Specific details concerning the proposed transaction, the proposal process for well-qualified parties and additional information about the Briny Breezes community are included in the linked Announcement of Request for Proposals.
