Nicholas J. Lynn Named Vice Chair of Health Law Practice at Duane Morris LLP
CHICAGO, February 11, 2008 - Duane Morris LLP, one of the world's 100 largest law firms, has named Nicholas Lynn, a partner in the firm's Chicago office, vice chair of its national Health Law Practice Group. The group, which consists of 31 attorneys working across 10 offices, is one of the largest groups focusing on health law in a general practice law firm.
The appointment was jointly announced today by John Soroko, firm Chairman, and partner David Loder, chairman of the group.
"Nick has shown extraordinary leadership abilities as a health litigation partner managing other attorneys in complex cases from the Chicago office," Soroko said. "I know he will thrive with this additional responsibility, helping to manage this diverse and complex practice group."

A former practicing pharmacist, Lynn focuses his law practice on pharmaceutical law, healthcare litigation and regulatory compliance matters. He represents clients in matters involving the pharmaceutical, post-acute care and physician industries.
He is recognized by his peers as being among the leading health law litigators in Illinois. He was listed in Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business, 2007 edition.
In addition to his legal credentials, Lynn is a member of the American Pharmaceutical Association; past president of the American Society for Pharmacy Law and a former editor of its publication, Rx Ipsa Loquitur. He serves on the American Health Care Association's Legal Committee.
He is a 1980 graduate of The John Marshall Law School and a graduate of Drake University College of Pharmacy.
