Amee R. McKim directs all aspects of the firm's national and international recruiting efforts. Ms. McKim has widespread experience in the legal profession, with a focus on lawyer recruitment and development. She has coached and counseled law students and worked with lawyers at all stages of their careers. She has extensive administrative, supervisory and management experience in recruiting, training, and diversity.

Ms. McKim also writes and speaks on topics of lawyer recruitment and development. She is the author of Maximize Your Lawyer Potential (Thomson West, 2008). She is an active member of a variety of organizations in the legal profession, and she has held a variety of leadership positions in the National Association for Law Placement.

Prior to joining Duane Morris, Ms. McKim was the Director of Lawyer Recruiting and Development for Hunton & Williams LLP in Richmond, Virginia. She has also served as the Assistant Dean of Professional Development for The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, Columbus, Ohio, and practiced law as a solo practitioner and an associate at Baker & Daniels LLP in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Ms. McKim received a J.D., with honors, from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where she was an associate editor of the Ohio State Law Journal and elected to the Order of the Coif. She has earned the ABD designation in Higher Education, Policy and Leadership at The Ohio State University College of Education, and she received a B.A., summa cum laude, from Otterbein College.
