Ben Chalkley is special counsel in the firm's Corporate Practice Group. He advises clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, restructurings, and corporate governance.
Ben has experience advising on both UK and cross-border transactions, supporting clients through the full lifecycle of corporate matters, from acquisitions and financings to ongoing governance and commercial advisory work. He regularly represents private equity sponsors and portfolio companies in connection with acquisitions, auction processes, and day-to-day operational and governance matters. Ben has a particular focus on advising clients in the financial services, healthcare, renewables, education and technology sectors.
