Stephanie Vazquez represents individuals and businesses in a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters, with an emphasis on intellectual property and construction-related disputes. She also has experience handling commercial disputes based on claims of breach of contract, unfair competition, tortious interference, conversion, breach of fiduciary duties and defamation.
As a registered patent attorney, Ms. Vazquez has experience litigating patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret disputes across various U.S. District Courts. Ms. Vazquez has represented industry leading clients in patent infringement actions relating to a variety of telecommunications and networking technologies.
Ms. Vazquez also regularly litigates on behalf of clients in a variety of construction-related matters, including cases involving construction defects, lien foreclosure, complex contract claims and surety litigation.
In addition to her litigation experience, Ms. Vazquez also counsels clients in technology-related transactional matters, including structuring, negotiating, drafting, implementing and providing strategic legal advice regarding technology licensing, development, consulting and service agreements.
Ms. Vazquez is a 2018 cum laude graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she earned a Certificate in Intellectual Property, and a 2015 graduate of the University of Miami where she majored in Mechanical Engineering. Fluent in Spanish, Ms. Vazquez combines her legal expertise with her distinct educational background to deliver comprehensive solutions addressing the legal needs of a diverse range of clients.
