About the Program

Earlier this year, Bain Capital launched a US$560 million fund focused exclusively on the crypto ecosystem. With big names like Sequoia Capital looking to raise up to US$600 million for its first cryptocurrency-focused fund, these are the latest in a series of traditional investment firms pivoting their focus to the cryptocurrency sector. This is part of a wider phenomenon for institutional investors, with the digitalization of businesses across a range of sectors.
In our upcoming seminar, we will be discussing the complex architecture of the digital ecosystem, involving a novel approach to creating brand value, the imperative to evaluate equity and risk both from traditional and crypto token perspectives including tokenomics and token economics, opportunities and considerations within the fledgling crypto start-up ecosystem, and the creation of organic and widespread communities within crypto as a significant factor in network effects for businesses.
