WILMINGTON, Delaware, July 29, 2024—Upsher-Smith Laboratories LLC and AMTA Labs Limited have entered into a settlement agreement resolving patent infringement claims regarding ANDA No. 218695 for topiramate extended-release capsules (25, 50, 100, 150 and 200 milligram). The settlement provides a nonexclusive license and grants early entry rights to AMTA Labs Limited generic products. The case was Upsher-Smith Laboratories, Inc. v. AMTA Labs Limited in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.
