Duane Morris Welcomes Employment Partner Jamie L. Gross in San Diego

SAN DIEGO, May 11, 2026Jamie L. Gross has joined Duane Morris LLP as a partner in the firm’s Employment, Labor, Benefits and Immigration Practice Group in its San Diego office. Prior to joining Duane Morris, Gross was a partner at Fisher Phillips LLP.

Gross advises local, regional and national employers and companies in a broad range of employment-related issues. She is an experienced litigator and regularly handles complex litigation throughout California, while also counselling her clients toward risk mitigation and best practices to prevent litigation. Gross routinely defends employers against individual and representative claims in state and federal courts throughout California. She maintains a practice defending clients against claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation and breach of contract. Gross also defends clients in all types of individual and representative wage-and-hour actions. She advises clients on compliance with applicable state and federal laws, employee handbooks and related policies and also provides counseling to employers on a variety of issues, including preventative advice regarding wage-and-hour compliance, investigations of alleged misconduct in the workplace, hiring, discipline and termination practices, leaves of absence, the interactive process and reasonable accommodations.
