Fiscal Year 2013 H-1B Cap Count as of May 11, 2012

A spike in demand for new H-1B cap cases is anticipated as current college students will be graduating within the next two weeks. Organizations that plan to petition for H-1B employment in Fiscal Year 2013 may want to seek legal counsel so that cases can be filed promptly.
