Gregory P. Duffy practices in the areas of real estate law, general corporate law and corporate governance. Mr. Duffy's representative work includes equity and land sales acquisitions and dispositions; commercial financing; commercial leasing for national and international businesses representing both landlords and tenants; dispositions of multi-family apartment buildings for a national affordable housing provider; low-income housing advice, real estate tax litigation; contract litigation; business organization; and corporate governance reviews.
Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New York, Mr. Duffy is a 2004 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and was executive editor of the Law Review. Mr. Duffy graduated summa cum laude from the State University of New York at Binghamton, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
