PHILADELPHIA, January 29, 2015—Duane Morris LLP is pleased to announce the addition of two CPAs to its Tax Accounting Group (TAG). Hyun J. Kim and Kevin F. Ward both joined TAG on January 5 in the Philadelphia office.

Kim will be primarily responsible for tax planning and compliance activities, including tax minimization strategies for high net worth individuals, family offices, private foundations and closely-held businesses. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). Kim, a certified public accountant, graduated from West Chester University with a Bachelor of Science in accounting.

Ward will concentrate on tax planning and compliance activities, including tax minimization strategies for a diverse client base that includes high net worth individuals and fiduciaries. He will also devote time and energies to TAG's growing Family Office practice. Ward is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). A certified public accountant, he is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in finance and accounting.
