Prior to that, he was counsel at the U.S. subsidiary of a Fortune 20 financial services company, where he represented its broker-dealers, as well as its annuity, insurance and mutual fund subsidiaries, in matters ranging from customer complaints to industry-wide sweep examinations. Goselin also practiced as a partner at Alston & Bird LLP, focusing on defending securities class actions, and handling other complex business litigation.
