Galina Morgovsky practices in the areas of federal, state and local income taxation with a particular emphasis on tax compliance, planning and minimization strategies for high-net-worth individuals, families, closely held businesses, multistate corporations and partnerships, including domestic and international. She also devotes her practice to compliance with federal and state voluntary disclosure and amnesty programs for both U.S. and non-U.S. taxpayers. Morgovsky represents clients in federal and state income tax examinations. She is a graduate of Drexel University (B.S., 1998).
John I. Frederick practices in the areas of federal, state and local taxation, with particular emphasis on income tax compliance and planning for a diverse client base including fiduciaries, high-net-worth individuals and families, nonprofit organizations, closely held businesses and investment partnerships. He also devotes his practice to custom financial analysis and accounting for high-net-worth family offices and nonprofit organizations. He is a graduate of Villanova University School of Law (J.D., M.S., taxation, 2005) and Boston University’s School of Management (B.S., 2002).
Gregory G. Smith practices in the areas of federal, state and local income taxation for a diverse client base with particular emphasis on tax compliance and planning for high-net-worth individuals, closely held businesses, private foundations and trusts. He also devotes his practice to financial statement analysis and preparation as well as custom accounting for various businesses in multiple industries. He is a graduate of Villanova University School of Law (M.S., taxation, 2018) and La Salle University (B.S., 2012).
