Wilbert H. Sirota is chair of Duane Morris' Baltimore office. Mr. Sirota practices in the area of corporate law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and general corporate and tax law. He has over four decades of experience in the area of corporate law and has served as outside general counsel for companies in a variety of industries, including high-tech and healthcare. Mr. Sirota also has worked on international and offshore corporate transactions.

Mr. Sirota is a 1961 graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law and a graduate of Georgetown University (LL.M.) and Johns Hopkins University (B.A.).
