Sahba Saravi practices in the area of corporate law, with a focus on commercial and corporate finance transactions. Ms. Saravi regularly represents agents, lenders, borrowers and other parties in secured lending transactions. She also represents start-up and emerging growth companies with a focus on life science companies in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostics and healthcare IT industries.
Prior to her corporate practice, Ms. Saravi represented national and international business entities, shareholders, directors and affiliates in complex commercial and corporate disputes involving the Delaware General Corporation Law, breaches of contractual agreements, shareholder derivative litigations, and other conflicts arising out of corporate actions.
Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Saravi served as law clerk to the Hon. Paul R. Wallace of the Superior Court of Delaware. Ms. Saravi is a 2020 cum laude graduate of the University of Richmond School of Law, where she was managing editor of Richmond Public Interest Law Review Vol. XXIII, and a cum laude graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University. She is a native Farsi speaker.

Represented a manufacturing and industrials company in connection with a credit facility that included a $53 million line of credit, and a separate $8 million term loan to purchase and renovate certain warehouse facilities.
Represented Adhezion Biomedical, a privately held U.S. medical adhesives business, in connection with its acquisition by H.B. Fuller Company (NYSE: FUL), the largest pure play adhesives provider in the world.
