ATLANTA, October 1, 2025―Duane Morris LLP advised Hadron Energy, Inc., a company tackling accelerating energy needs with specialized micro modular reactor design, development and research, in signing its go-public transaction with special purpose acquisition company GigCapital7 Corp. The transaction is expected to close in Q1 2026, and the combined company will be valued at approximately $1.2 billion.
