NEWARK, February 3, 2012— Duane Morris is pleased to announce the relocation of its Newark, N.J., office, as of January 23, 2012. The new location at the Newark Legal Center comprises 20,035 square feet on the 18th floor. Known as One Riverfront Plaza, the Legal Center is positioned at the heart of the city's business district overlooking the Passaic River, and is connected to the city's major transit hub, Newark Penn Station.

Founded in 1996, the Newark office of Duane Morris now boasts more than 15 attorneys representing clients in numerous areas, including bankruptcy; complex litigation; white-collar criminal defense and corporate investigations; corporate and securities law; mergers and acquisitions; and employment and laborlaw. In addition, the firm's Newark lawyers practice in insurance and reinsurance, with a focus on international and marine insurance, as well as real estate, healthcare and energy law. The office was formerly based at the National Newark Building on Broad Street.
